Your payments are processed securely by WiPay and made using Hosted Checkout through First Atlantic Commerce (FAC). Again, none of your payment details is stored – this ensures you will be happy with the security of your transaction.

SHIPPING INFORMATION FOR INTERNATIONAL SHOPPERS/ORDERS:
We ship via a local courier for local deliveries and international orders; international deliveries are completed by DHL.
For international orders, you will pay for DHL Express shipping at the same time you order your Zen Box. We ship your boxes via DHL Express so that it reaches you or your recipient in as little time as possible.
For international deliveries, you will receive a link with DHL tracking information.
Note: For international shoppers buying the Zen Box for LOCAL (Trinidad and Tobago) delivery or pick up, use a Trinidad and Tobago address as your billing address on checkout. Please also re-type the name of the local “Town” under the “State” field, and use 00000 as your “Zip Code.”
Then choose ONE of the following options:
- "Cash or Card on Delivery or Pick Up" if your recipient will be paying for the box and delivery costs,
- Or Pay for the Zen Box and look out for an email from us with an invoice for local delivery costs.
Please ensure that your international or local delivery address is accurate to avoid any shipping or delivery delays!
For local deliveries in Trinidad and Tobago, you will be contacted by your courier via email or phone.
So please ALSO ensure that your email address and phone number are entered correctly.
BOX SELECTION FOR INTERNATIONAL SHOPPERS
Unfortunately, we cannot ship alcohol to our international shoppers. If you'd like to get your hands on the MAXI Christmas Box with all six items, please feel free to purchase it and have it delivered locally (Trinidad and Tobago) if you're visiting for the holidays OR ask someone else who's visiting to bring it back for you. We can't ship the alcohol, but you can carry it in your checked baggage. If you'd rather have another one of our other boxes shipped directly to you, consider our MIDI Christmas Box or MINI Christmas Bag.
LOCAL DELIVERY OR PICK UP (TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO):
We ship via a local courier for local deliveries.
For local orders, you will pay for delivery costs via CASH when your box is delivered OR collected from your courier at your chosen location/landmark. Delivery or pick up costs are calculated depending on your delivery zone and communicated to you before your box is processed for delivery.
Our every effort is to provide you with advanced notice if dates and times must be adjusted.
For your information, here's a breakdown of the delivery BASE RATES:
- Regular (3-4 days delivery) - $35.00
- Express (1-2 days delivery) - $45.00
- Rush (Same Day Delivery) - $60.00
The following fees are ADDED to the above base rates depending on your delivery zone:
- Long Distance/Fuel Fee incurs an additional fee of $25.00
- Extra Long Distance/Fuel Fee incurs an additional fee of $50.00
- Tobago - $35.00/$45.00 (Tobago deliveries are conducted each week between Thursday and Saturday)

CASH ON DELIVERY OR PICK UP:
Local customers wishing to pay for their Zen Box OFFLINE will pay their courier — via cash — for BOTH their box and delivery costs. Delivery or pick up costs are calculated depending on your delivery zone and communicated to you before your box is processed for delivery.
To expedite and safeguard the process if paying cash, please come with the exact amount (e.g. $425.00), in the smallest number of bills (e.g. four 100 dollar bills, one 20 dollar bill, one 5 dollar bill) and already in an *unsealed* envelope.
Your courier will not provide change.
IMPORTANT!!! IF YOUR BOX IS NOT BEING DELIVERED TO YOU (THE PURCHASER) BUT YOUR GIFT RECIPIENT:
For delivery to a recipient IN Trinidad and Tobago, please ensure that:
- You pay for the Zen Box online
- The recipient's local delivery address is accurate to avoid any delivery delays
- You check your email and pay your shipping invoice ASAP (so your gift recipient doesn't have to foot the bill!
For delivery to a recipient OUTSIDE of Trinidad and Tobago, please ensure that:
- You pay for the Zen Box and DHL Express shipping when making your order online
- The recipient's shipping address is accurate to avoid any shipping delays
- You track your gift package using the tracking information provided by DHL
